We continue to maintain our long-established high-quality cleaning standards.
In addition, and out of an abundance of caution, we have instituted the following additional cleaning procedures:
All housekeepers wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals.
Our cleaning staff follows CDC cleaning procedures along with the use of CDC recommended cleaning agents.
Upon guest departure, rentals are stripped of all linens, bedding, and towels. The rental is sprayed with a CDC-approved disinfectant agent. ALL linens and towels, including back-ups and spares, will be removed, sanitized and professionally laundered between guest arrivals. Housekeeping then cleans and sanitizes the entire vacation rental.
We disinfect all high-contact surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and remote controls to ensure rentals are fully sanitized and disinfected prior to guest arrival.
As always, the following cleaning, disinfection and sanitization procedures are used when cleaning all our vacation rentals:
- Walls are wiped down
- Surfaces are cleaned & disinfected
- Tableware, cookware & utensils sanitized
- Linens replaced
- Bathrooms cleaned & sanitized
- Floors swept, mopped and disinfected
